What We Offer

Knowing Your Loved Ones are In Good Hands

Our highly qualified staff is trained in a multitude of areas, blending compassion with skill to create a safe and healthy environment for your loved ones. We are licensed to provide care for ages 18 and up, providing quality care to adults of all ages. Whether it’s taking care of specific health issues, finding doctors to best suit patients’ needs, or making sure patients can safely navigate their day-to-day activities, WeCare can do it all.

Personal Care

Personal care services provide specialized, non-medical assistance. Caregivers can assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), allowing your loved one to continue living comfortably and safely at home.

Skilled Nursing Care

WeCare’s registry of highly qualified and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) work with your loved one’s medical team to offer the professional support they need.

Chronic and Treatable Illness Care

The caregivers on the WeCare registry have either certification or licensure from the Maryland Board Nursing and have a variety of experience and skills needed to fulfill your specific health care needs.

Transitional Care

The time immediately following release from the hospital or rehabilitation facility is a critical phase of the recovery process. WeCare prides itself on being able to assist our clients’ transitions home as seamless, safe, and positive as possible.

Respite Care

Caregiving is a full-time job, and not everyone can dedicate the time necessary to take care of their loved one. Luckily, WeCare has got you covered. Find out more about our Respite Care services.
