We require each caregiver to complete an extensive screening process with our Registered Nurses and internal staff subsequent to graduation from an accredited training program and certification from the Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON).
The caregivers on WeCare’s registry undergo a thorough qualification process to meet our high standards, including:
- Telephone and In-Person Interview(s)
- Skills Competency tests
- Professional Reference Checks
- Criminal Background Check
- Credential Verification with the Maryland Board of Nursing
- Driving Record Check
- Drug Screening
