Since 1995, our staff and Registry Caregivers have developed a partnership to ensure our clients and their families will benefit from over twenty years of our commitment to service excellence.
The WeCare Registry, consisting of Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNAs) works to provide in-home care that offers the best in compassionate professionalism for our clients and their families.
Understanding that the client/Caregiver relationship must be one of respect, compassion and confidentiality, we require each Caregiver to complete an extensive screening process with our Registered Nurses and internal staff subsequent to graduation from an accredited training program.

on the Registry.
Our quarterly In-Service training, provided by local and national experts, focuses on Information, Education and Inspiration. Workshops and presentations in clinical care and client relations promote skills development and increased proficiency in dealing with the special needs of our clients.
Presenters include specialists from the American Diabetes Association, the Alzheimer’s Association, State and Local Departments on Aging, Gilchrist Hospice Care, area Hospitals and Community Colleges and the Maryland Board of Nursing.
