Ms. Diggs founded the company in 1995, after spending more than 30 years in hospital and private duty nursing. From the operating room at the Baltimore Children's Hospital to some of the area's most prestigious homes, she has made a personal connection with every patient under her care.
I have applied over 30 years of hospital and private duty experience to realize my vision to provide assistance to the infirm and elderly, while helping them to maintain their dignity and independence in the privacy of their own homes.
WeCare did not just happen by chance. It came as the result of hard work, dedication, and love. My long hospital and private duty experience was where I learned both the right and wrong ways to deal with patients. WeCare is where I apply the expertise and learning that helps patients feel their needs are our primary concern.
I have always adhered to a strict code of professionalism at WeCare and have insisted that those who work with me embrace the following rules of conduct in dealing with our clients.
Furthermore, when someone (client, family member, or Caregiver) calls me, they need to hear one thing, “don’t worry; I’ll take care of it.” To this end, I make a personal connection so that I can match the right Caregiver with the right patient.
